Some rumors place Villarreal in the race for UD Las Palmas goalkeeper Álvaro Valles.

The Castellón club would be willing to offer up to 6 million euros for the goalkeeper, who has a market value of 12 million euros. It has been reported that other La Liga teams, such as Betis, are also interested in the player.

The 26-year-old Spanish goalkeeper has had a good season with the Canary Islands team. Standing at 1.92m tall, Álvaro has managed to keep a clean sheet on 8 occasions and has been named in La Liga's Team of the Week 3 times.
